2011 年と2012 年の2 年間で撮影した、故郷・仙台そして東北の風景。
ルーツをたどる旅の終わりにおこった震災。
それをきっかけに東京に住む彼女は、改めて故郷に目を向けることになった。
忘れてはならない出来事を背景に、まぶしいほどの新緑と、
美しい花々の強さは、何百年も昔から、
その土地を築いてきた東北の人々の強さにも似てみえる。
そしてそれは、いま在る土地の記憶なのだと気づかされる。

藤田はるかが作品について解説します。
撮影地や作品にこめられた故郷への思いなどを聞きながらの鑑賞は、
作品がまた違った角度で見えてくるかもしれません。
この日は15:00～20:00の間、少しのお飲み物と軽食をご用意します。
作家も在廊していますので、ご質問などあれば気兼ねなくお声かけていただけます。

藤田はるか
1972 年宮城県仙台市生まれ。1994 年より仙台の広告写真スタジオ勤務。
1998年、渡英。現在、東京を拠点に雑誌、広告などで活動中。
主な展示に、1998 年の個展（仙台私立現代美術館）、
2013 年、東日本大震災のチャリティー・グループ展「sowing seeds」（ノルウェー、オスロ）など。

Welcoming photographer Rinko Kawauchi, who the artist
have known each other for a long time, will talk about photography,
their own hometown, as well as life in Tokyo, in rather friendly, relaxing atmosphere.

Haruka Fujita will present guide tour, explaining the locations,
her thoughts towards the works etc, which may lead you to new way of appreciating her work.
She will be around in gallery on the same day,
